摘    要:电火花轮胎模加工机床的分度机构与工件花纹型腔的定位精度密切相关。基于BP神经网络算法的介绍,将BP人工神经网络运用到分度精度误差值的数控补偿中,可在一定程度上提高数控补偿的精度,简化数控补偿的过程。

The Improvement to Indexing Mechanism of Tyre Mould Electrical-discharge Machines Based on Artificial Neural Network
Abstract:Between the indexing mechanism of tyre mould electrical-discharge machines and positioning accuracy of grooves on cavity,there is a highly level of relationship.Based on the algorithm of BP neural network,its procedure is applied to the numerical control (NC) compensation of indexing accuracy deviation.To a certain extent,it can improve the accuracy of NC compensation,simplify the course of NC compensation.
