| 摘 要： | 临床和实验均已证实醛固酮对心血管系统有多种毒性作用,在心脏中它已与肾素-血管紧张素共同促成心肌纤维化、血管重塑、心室肥大和动脉硬化等改变,进一步诱发心律失常,加重心肌缺血;在冠心病领域中可作为预测不良事件发生的一个独立指标;在一定程度上反映了心房颤动患者神经激素的激活,并与代谢综合征危险因素密切相关,对心力衰竭进程及预后具有重要的预测价值。而醛固酮受体拮抗剂可以预防或延缓这些不利作用的发生,在心血管系统中将发挥重要作用。
