本文阐述了我国电站锅炉化学清洗的发展过程。从机组容量、参数和水处理的变化,随之引出了化学清洗工艺、方式和方法的变化。以国内大部分电站锅炉清洗实践为基础,对清洗典型工艺、特殊工艺、清洗周期、质量标准和废液处理等进行了归纳分析,由此得出国内化学清洗的一般面貌。并列出了存在问题,提出了发展方向。

Review on Chemical Cleaning of Utility Boiler in China

This article reviews the develoment of utility boiler chemical cleaning in China,the changes in water treatment led to the changes in chemical cleaning processes and techniques. Based on the experience gained in cleaning many of China's power boilers, an analysis is made of the typical and specific techniques, the cycles and quality guidelines of the cleaning,as well as waste treatment,thereby gaining an overall conception of chemical cleaning in this country,in which the points at issue are mentioned,and the course for develpment suggested.
