中药保留灌肠加双柏散外敷在慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的应用

目的：探讨中药保留灌肠联合双柏散外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理效果。方法选取90例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机表法将其分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组患者给予中药保留灌肠，观察组在此基础上给予双柏散外敷治疗。两组疗程均为3周。通过比较两组患者干预前后的临床症状、体征、血液流变指标及临床疗效。结果①干预后，两组患者临床症状及体征较前干预前有所改善，但观察组患者改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。②干预后，两组患者的血液流变指标均较干预前有所改善，但观察组患者较对照组改善更为显著，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。③干预后，观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组（93.33％vs77.78％），差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论中药保留灌肠联合双柏散外敷治疗应用于慢性盆腔炎患者中，在配合悉心的护理后，能显著改善临床症状，提高临床疗效。

The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema combined with ex-ternal use of Shuangbai powder in nursing care of patients with chronic pelvic in-flammatory disease

Objective To explore the nursing effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema combined with external use of Shuangbai powder in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group, with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine retention en-ema, while the observation group was given Shuangbai powder on the basis of control group.The two groups were both treated for 3 weeks.The clinical symptoms, signs, blood rheological indexes and clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results ①After the intervention, the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were both improved, but the observation group improved obviously superior than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01).②The blood rheological index of the two groups were both improved after the intervention, but the observation group improved more significantly than that of con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).③The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.33%vs 77.78%) , and the difference was statistically signifi-cant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema combined with Shuang-bai powder therapy to the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve clinical symptoms and enhance clinical curative effect after intensive care.
