通络活血酊联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

目的:观察通络活血酊联合推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者70例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规膝关节推拿治疗,试验组在此基础上联合通络活血酊局部外用。比较2组治疗前后WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分、视觉模拟(VAS)评分和血浆中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的变化情况,并评估其安全性。结果:试验组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组72.72%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分和VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分和VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清中TNF-α和IL-1β含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清中TNF-α和IL-1β含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组血清中TNF-α和IL-1β含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络活血酊联合推拿治疗能够明显缓解KOA患者临床症状,疗效优于单纯使用推拿。

Clinical Study on Tongluo Huoxue Tincture Combined with Tuina for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Tongluo Huoxue tincture combined with Tuina for knee osteoarthritis and its safety. Methods:A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) were selected and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Tuina and the experiment group was additionally treated with Tongluo Huoxue tincture locally and externally. The difference of the scores of WOMAC, Lequesne and VAS, and the changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the safety was evaluated. Results:The total effective rate was 91.18% in the experiment group,higher than that of 72.72% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of scores of WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of WOMAC,Lequesne and VAS were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of WOMAC and Lequesne in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Tongluo Huoxue tincture combined with Tuina can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of KOA patients, whose the curative effect is better than that of Tuina alone.
