《2015版中医儿科临床诊疗指南·小儿口疮(修订)》专家问卷调查结果分析

目的]对《2015版中医儿科临床诊疗指南·小儿口疮(修订)》专家问卷调查进行结果分析。方法]基于德尔菲法制定两轮专家调查问卷,在全国范围内发放回收,并对调查问卷的结果进行统计分析。结果]调查专家共35名,专家的积极性和专业水平均较高,分布地区广,研究专长涉及肺系疾病、脾系疾病、传染病等多个领域,具有代表性。通过两轮专家调查问卷的总结分析,小儿口疮各项指标的专家意见集中程度、协调程度均较高,形成《2015版中医儿科临床诊疗指南·小儿口疮(修订)》指南草稿。结论]基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查能很好地总结小儿口疮的中医诊疗方案,使指南更合理,为形成指南草稿提供客观依据。

Analysis of the five differentiation and treatment based on holistic concept

As the soul of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) thinking,holistic concept runs through the whole process of TCM thinking. No matter how TCM inherits and develops,it cannot be separated from the purpose of considering life,health and disease from an overall perspective. At present,TCM is facing both development opportunities and development bottlenecks. Only based on holistic concept and the essence of TCM thinking,can TCM use full its advantages. Differentiation is the core characteristics of clinical thinking in TCM and is the most basic process of TCM diagnosis. Five differentiation and treatment is on the basis of holistic concept and condensing essence of TCM in diagnosis and treatment,which includes symptom differentiation,syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation,and differentiation of patient and pathogenesis. Mastering the skills to five distinguishing is the precondition of effective treatment of TCM.
