摘    要:为探究真空吸铸冷却系统的冷却速率,采用Fluent软件建模分析螺旋导流板的螺距、入口温度、入口速度对螺旋导流板冷却速率的影响,并进行试验验证。结果表明:冷却速率随入口水流温度的增加、入口水流速度的降低而逐渐减小;随螺距的增大先增加后减小;当螺旋板螺距为35 mm、入口速度1.345m/s、入口温度283.15K时冷却效果最好。模拟结果跟初期实测结果吻合较好。

Abstract:In order to explore cooling rate of vacuum suction casting cooling system, Fluent software was used to model and analyze influence rule of spiral guide plate"s pitch, inlet temperature and inlet velocity on cooling rate of spiral guide plate, and experiment was carried out for verification. The results show that cooling rate drops with increase of inlet flow temperature and drop of inlet flow velocity, and it rises first and then drops with increase of screw pitch. The best cooling effect is obtained under the conditions including screw pitch of spiral plate of 35 mm, inlet velocity of 1.345 m/s, and inlet temperature of 283.15 K. The simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results.
