于精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的：观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：将48例2型糖尿病患者随机分成甘精胰岛素组和对照组各24例,比较两组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素剂量、低血糖发生次数。结果：两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）;甘精胰岛素组达标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;甘精胰岛素组胰岛素剂量较对照组少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低血糖发生率低（P〈0.05）。结论：甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈能有效控制2型糖尿病,不易出现低血糖,值得临床广泛应用。

Clinical observation of insulin glargine and repaglinide on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the treatment in type 2 diabetes mellitus with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide.Methods：48 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into the insulin glargine group and the control group equally,and then compared the FBG,2hPG,the dosage of insulin and the times of hypoglycemia between the two groups.Results：FBG and 2hPG of patients in both two groups were lower obviously than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）;however,more patients in insulin glargine group reached the standard than the control group with obvious difference（P〈0.05）;the patients in the insulin glargine group used less insulin dosages than the patients in the control group,also with obvious difference（P〈0.05）,and fewer chances of hypoglycemia（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide can control the type 2 diabetes effectively,with fewer possibilites of hypoglycemia,and is worth of clinical application widely.
