摘    要:在研究人类眼部梯度信息的基础上,提出了一种改进的对称变换算法,并通过小波变换进行目标区域选择,去除了人脸图像大面积的灰度均匀区域,减少了计算量。试验结果表明该方法不仅提高了眼睛定位的准确性,而且缩短了定位时间。

Abstract:In the paper an improved symmetry transform was presented for eye location based on the gradient direction of human's eye-pair. Firstly wavelet transform was used to search the interested region in the face image,so the area was removed that most pixels' gray was uniform. Experiment results indicate that the accuracy of eye location was improved,and the computing time was also shortened.
