Abstract:Considering the diversity of terminal services,difference in transmission quality of network channels and overlap of wireless network signals,a multi-mode adaptive network access mechanism is needed for terminals in the power IoT scenario to ensure that the terminal is always connected to the most suitable network for service transmission and processing.In this paper,a multi-logic eSIM priority based adaptive access algorithm is introduced.The network signal strength,QoS,energy efficiency and network load are considered as the judging factors of the network priority.Then a terminal preference-based network selection and handover mechanism is designed with the variable weight value.The modified AHP algorithm is adopted for weight value determination and the TOPSIS method is chose to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index and select the optimal network.The numeric results illustrate that the strategy adopted in this paper can decrease the network access blocking rate and has better performance in network load balancing degree under the heterogeneous network environment.
