| 摘 要： | 本文对２０例正常人及３０例恶性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病（ＭＬＰＤ）病人进行ＮＫＣ计数及活性的研究，结果表明：后者的自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）活性显著低于前者而计数结果却显著高于前者，并发现完全缓解期病人的ＮＫ活性显著高于未缓解及部分缓解者，处于化疗及放疗中的病人的ＮＫ活性显著低于其它病期，对ＭＬＰＤ患者的ＮＫＣ数量及活性进行相关性分析的结果表明二者无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５），本文就ＮＫＣ计数及活性的变化及意义进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Nature killer cell count anb activity were studied in 20 normal subjects and 30 patients with malignant lymphoid diseases.The results showed that significantly lower activity and higher count in nature killer cell were found in patients than that in normal subjects.It was also found that the nature killer cell activity in complete remission patients was significantly higher than that in non-remission and partial remission patients, and the nature killer cell activity during chemotherapy or radiotherapy was significantly lower than that in any other stages of the diseases. No correlation was found between nature killer cell count and activity in malignant lymphoid proliferative diseases.The significance of changes in nature killer cell count and activity was also discussed. |
