介入化疗栓塞加放疗治疗高危宫颈癌的疗效和影响因素

目的 探讨介入化疗栓塞加放疗治疗高危宫颈癌的疗效及影响因素。方法 对８３例高危宫颈癌患者采用介入超选择动脉插管化疗，术后配合放射治疗。结果 １．盆腔动脉造影５３例肿瘤血管丰富者，４５例治疗有效；３０例肿瘤血管稀疏者，１５例有效，两者有显著性差异Ｐ〈０．０１。２．６１例巨块型癌，４７例治疗有效，１４例溃疡型患者６例有效，前才高于后者Ｐ〈０．０５。３介入治疗止血，止痛效果明显。介入化疗加放疗近期有效率

Interventional chemotherapy and embolization with radiotherapy for poor-prognosis locally advanced cervical cancer:therapeutic effects and some influential factors

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and some influencing factors,interventional chemotherapy and embolization with radiotherapy for poor prognosis locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods 83 patients were treated by interventional chemotherapy and embolization with radiotherapy.Results 1.Of the 53 hypervessel rich cases of neoplasm,45 had a complete or partial response,while only 15 of the 47 hypervessel rare cases responded well ( P< 0 01).2.Of the 61 cases of bulky cervical carcinoma,47 had a complete or partial response while 6 of 14 cases of crater type responded well( P< 0 05).3.Interventional chemotherapy and embolization had satisfactory effect in the treatment of bleeding and the relief of pain with cervical cancer,a response rate being 72 3%.Conclusion Intervention chemotherapy and embolization can yield fully satisfactory effect in the treatment of poor prognosis locally advanced cervical cancer.Some factors influencing therapeutic effects are tumor shapes,lymph nodes of distant metastasis.
