热加工对CuNi合金触头材料组织和性能的影响

摘    要:采用金相显微镜、显微硬度计和电寿命实验机等试验手段研究了热轧和热挤压工艺对新型CuNi合金触头材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经热加工处理后,该新型合金材料的组织有明显改善,晶粒得到细化,显微硬度值略有增大,电接触性能有所提高。
