摘    要:《果蔬贮藏加工学》是食品科学与工程专业非常重要的专业课,是一门应用性和实践性非常强的课程。针对传统教学中的问题,结合现阶段对学生创新意识和创新能力的培养要求,我们提出了包括教学方法、内容以及考核体系等几个方面的实践性教学改革措施,有效提高了学生的创新能力和综合素质。

Abstract:Storage and processing of fruits and vegetables is very important professional course of food science and engineering specialty, it is characterized by its factuality and practicality. We put lbrward practical teaching relbrm measures including teaching method, contents and evaluation system to improve students' ability of innovation and comprehensive according to the problems of traditional teaching and combining the training requirements of students' innovative consciousness and innovative ability.
