| 摘 要： | 量效关系是确定中药临床用药剂量的依据,是保障中药临床用药安全、有效的关键。对近10年来有关中药量效关系的研究思路、研究现状、研究瓶颈等相关文献进行梳理、总结,并建议将谱效关系理论引入中药量效关系研究中,为推动中药量效关系进一步深入研究提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The dose-effect relationship of Chinese materia medica (CMM) is the basis to determine the clinical dosage, as well as the key to ensure the safety and effectiveness in clinic. In this paper, the author reviews and summarizes the research ideas, research status, and research bottlenecks related to the dose-effect relationship of CMM in the past 10 years. It is suggested to introduce the theory of spectrum-effect relationship into the study of dose-effect relationship, so as to provide reference for further research on the dose-effect relationship of CMM. |
