模糊免疫控制系统在石油压裂液配液站的应用

摘    要:石油压裂液配液站控制系统决定了压裂液配制质量。介绍了模糊免疫控制原理及其控制器设计,并进行了仿真分析。同时,将模糊免疫PID控制算法应用到配液站胶粉给料调节过程中,应用表明,该系统按照预设的配比参数混配作业,下料精度高,基液混配均匀,鲁棒性较强。

Abstract:The quality of the fracturing fluid is determined by the control system of the oil fracturing fluid distribution station. According to the characteristics of the fracturing fluid preparation process, fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is adopted to control the real-time feed rate of the precision feeding device, ensuring the constant proportion of water and rubber powder. This paper introduces the design of the software and hardware of the control system and the features of the system. The application shows that the system can mix automatically according to the preset proportioning parameters, and the base fluid of the fracturing fluid is stable, full swelling and high export viscosity.
