| 摘 要： | 采用硫代巴比妥酸法和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定１６例寻常型银屑病（ＰＶ）与１０例红皮病型银屑病（ＰＥ）患者血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）与超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）水平。结果发现ＰＶ组血清ＬＰＯ升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＳＯＤ降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＰＥ组血清ＬＰＯ升高更为显著，高于ＰＶ组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＳＯＤ低于ＰＶ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组ＬＰＯ与ＳＯＤ分别呈负相关（ＰＶ组，ｒ＝－０．４３８，Ｐ＜０．０５，ＰＥ组ｒ＝－０．５７４，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：银屑病存在超氧自由基参与的损伤，ＰＥ组较ＰＶ组表现突出。

| Abstract: | The serum levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were determined in 16 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV) and 10 patients with psoriasis erythroderma(PE) with thiobarbituric acid method and pyrogallic acid method.The results showed that LPO increased (P<0. 05) and SOD decreased(P<0. 05)in the PV Group. The increment of LPO in the PE Group was more notable. Its levels were higher than those in the PV Group(P<0.01).SOD was lower in the PE Group than in the PV Group.Moreover,LPO has a negative correlation with SOD in the two patient groups,(PV group r=-0.438 ,P<0.05;PE group r=-0.574,P<0.05).The results suggest that there may be superoxide free radical damage existing in the patients with psoriasis and the damage in the PE Group was sharper than that in PV Group. |
