| 摘 要： | 为解决某公司热力厂75t中压蒸汽锅炉存在的热效率低、结焦严重、出力不足等问题，以达到稳定运行，增产降耗的目的，通过分析论证，对其进行了以燃烧器、风道、点火方式为主的一系列技术改造设计，并对改造前后锅炉运行状况和燃烧器热场进行了对比与试验测试。

| Abstract: | In order to resolve problems of low heat efficiency,serious sinter and inadequate output of 75t steam boiler and achieve the goal of operating steadily,increasing production and decreasing consumption,by analyzing reasons,a series of technical rebuilding and design of burner,wind path and ignition method were carried out.Tests and contrast on boiler operation conditions and temperature field before and after rebuilding were made. |
