基质金属蛋白酶7在中老年胆管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨中老年胆管癌患者癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 7(MMP- 7)的表达与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法　采用 S- P法进行MMP- 7的免疫组化染色。结果　 MMP- 7的表达阳性率为 92 %。MMP- 7在胆管癌的表达情况与胆管癌的病理分型和黄疸程度无关 ,与原发部位、分化程度、浸润深度、神经浸润程度及临床分期有关。结论　 MMP- 7在胆管癌中的表达情况与胆管癌的一些临床病理参数有关 ,提示 MMP- 7是估价胆管癌预后的良好标志物。

Expression and clinical significance of metrix metalloproteinases 7 in bile duct carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 7 (MMP-7) and clinicopathologic parameter in bile duct carcinoma (BDC); to evaluate the potential prognostic value. Methods The expression of MMP-7 in 8 subjects with normal common bile ducts, 4 subjects of congenital choledochal cyst and 25 subjects of BDC were detected by immunochemical staining (S-P method). Results 37 subjects exhibited MMP-7 positive expression (92%), correlated with location, histological grade, infiltration grade,perineural invasion grade and clinical stage, incorrelated with pathology type and severity of jaundice. Conclusions The expression of MMP-7 was correlated with some clinicopathologic parameters of BDC, and MMP-7 was a valuable prognostic marker of BDC.
