| 摘 要： | 介绍了RCS-9012稳控集中管理系统的软件设计功能及实施方案。RCS-9012是根据电网安全稳定控制系统的特点,结合现代通信技术研制出的一套专门用于稳控装置控制、管理的信息平台,具有Web发布功能和重要信息短信通知功能,同时能为其他系统提供可靠的数据源。文中提出了RCS-9012的典型配置方案,对于今后安全稳定控制系统的管理具有积极意义。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the software design and implementation of RCS-9012 integration management system of stability control system.RCS-9012 is a software management information platform which is based on the characteristics of the security and stability control system and combined with modern communication technologies.RCS-9012 is specially developed for the management of the stability control equipment,and has functions of Web publishing and important information notification through short messages.At the same time,it can provide a reliable data source for other systems.This paper presents the typical configuration of RCS-9012 which provides valuable information for the management of the security and stability control system in the future. |
