盆炎灵颗粒的血清药物化学研究

摘    要:目的:通过对盆炎灵进行血清药物化学研究,初步阐明该复方的药效物质基础。方法:通过SD大鼠灌胃给予盆炎灵颗粒后,采用HPLC-DAD测定其含药血样、肝脏、肾脏、子宫的色谱图,通过与空白样品的HPLC指纹图谱对比分析,探讨盆炎灵的体内移行成分。结果:盆炎灵血清HPLC色谱图中可检出19个血中移行成分,其中11个成分被机体直接吸收入血,其余8个可能为代谢产物,5个色谱峰被确认为原儿茶醛、绿原酸、阿魏酸、甘草苷和丹酚酸B。含药肝脏组织中发现7个成分;含药肾脏中发现8个成分;含药子宫中发现2个成分。结论:含药组织的色谱峰明显多于空白组织,该方法为阐明盆炎灵的药效物质基础提供科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study serum pharmacochemistry of Penyanling granules and explore pharmacodynamic material basis through analyzing constituents absorbed in vivo.METHODS After SD rats were administrated Penyanling granules by gavage, chromatograms of serum, liver, kidney and uterus were measured by HPLC-DAD. Analysis and comparison were carried out for HPLC fingerprints of blank tissues, medicated tissues and drugs to explore constituents absorbed after taking Penyanling granules.RESULTS Nineteen transitional constituents to blood were detected, among which 11 were prototypes and 8 were metabolite constituents. Five peaks were identified as protocatechuic aldehyde, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, liquiritin and salvianolic acid B. Seven constituents were found in liver, eight constituents in kidney, and two in uterus. CONCLUSION Chromatographic peaks of medicated group are significantly more than those of blank group, and this study provides some data on material basis study in vivo for Penyanling granules.
