火工品爆炸加载方法在火箭分离冲击环境模拟试验中的应用与效果

摘    要:基于火箭分离冲击环境的特点和冲击环境对箭上仪器产生的影响,研究了分离环境模拟的火工品爆炸加载技术。该技术能够复现实际的冲击环境,并可产生加严考核的高量级冲击环境,以满足鉴定试验以及更高的试验要求。根据不同的试验要求,此项技术即可以应用于单机试验,也可以应用于部(舱)段试验,并且在一定的条件下可以同时满足三个方向的冲击环境模拟要求。

Abstract:Characters of rocket separation shock environment and its effects on instruments on the rocket are introduced in this paper.Method of pyrotechnic explode loading in separation environment simulation,which can reappear real pyroshock environment and produce strong shock environment to meet the requirements of qualification test and other inclementer test,is also been studied.This method can not only be used to single-machine test,but also be used to stage test and shock environment simulation of tri-dimension at the same time in certain conditions.
