| 摘 要： | 目的加强对来自疫区的归国人员疟疾的医学监测,以便得到及时的治疗,控制该病的传播。方法对2009年12月25日从入境的劳务人员检出的疟疾感染者进行流行病学调查和医学追踪监测。结果该患者为疟疾感染的潜伏期合并上呼吸道感染,并以呼吸道感染为首发症状而就诊治疗。结论随着新疆劳务输出的增加将有伴随输入性传染病增多的危险。因此要加强对前往疫区的劳务人员疟疾的预防和控制工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To offer timely treatment and control the spread of malaria by strengthening medical moni-toring of people coming back from the infected area.Methods Epidemiological investigation and medical tracking monitoring were carried out among malaria-infected personnel detected at Dec 25th,2009.Results The patient was at the malaria latent period and displayed respiratory infection symptoms.The patient firstly seek treatment for respiratory infection.Conclusion With increased labor export,the risk of infectious diseases import will also increase.Therefore it is important to strengthen the prevention and control of malaria among labors going to the affected area. |
