摘    要:本文采用原位生成法设计了SiC-TiB2/B4C和Al2O3-TiB2/B4C两种新型多元颗粒增强B4C复合材料。根据原位反应生成TiB2增强相的组织设计思路,通过计算反应生成焓△H和自由能△G的热力学数据,证明了原位反应制备所设计材料的可行性。经研究原位反应过程,发现原位反应经过若干不稳定中间相的过程,最终形成预期设计的多元增强成分。理论计算和实验对比验证可为采用科学合理的制备工艺制备复合材料提供必要的指导依据。

Abstract:Two particle-reinforced B-4C matrix composites, SiC-TiB-2/B-4C and Al-2O-3-TiB-2/B-4C have been formulated and fabrica-ted via in-situ synthetic reaction. Designing methodology was invesigated by which TiB-2 reinforced composites were in-situ synthesized. Thermodynamic calculation proves that the in-situ reaction can be activated easily. The desired multi-reinforcements are syhthesized through several unstable intermediate phase during the process of in-situ reactions. By theoretical calculation and experimental methods, creadible preconditons to fabricate composites using rational procedure are offered.
