高中生网络成瘾者心理特征分析

目的了解高中生网络成瘾者的心理健康状况和人格特征,为干预网络成瘾提供科学依据。方法采用中文网络成瘾量表、SCL-90、SOS和EPQ对36例高中生网络成瘾者(成瘾组)和105例正常使用网络高中生(对照组)进行测试,比较两组间心理健康水平和人格特征的差异。结果成瘾组的网络成瘾总分、耐受性、强迫戒断症状、人际健康和时间管理因子分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);成瘾组的躯体化、人际、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);成瘾组的SDS总分及因子分高于对照组(P<0.05);成瘾组与对照组在人格的E、N、P、L维度上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高中生网络成瘾者具有明显的不良心理特征和人格特质。

Analysis on Psychological Characteristics of Senior Middle School Students with Intemet-addiction

Objective To explore psychological well-being and characteristics of senior middle school stu- dents with intemet-addiction and to provide basis for prevention.Methods 36 Intemet addicts and 105 normal students were investigated with questionnaires including Chinese questionnaires for intemet-addiction,SCL-90, SDS and EPQ.Results (1)There was significant difference in total score,tolerance,anancastic and withdrawal syndrome,interpersonal and mental health,time management between intemet addicts and normal students(P<0.01).(2)There was significant difference in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostili- ty,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism between intemet addicts and nonnal students(P<0.05 or<0.01).(3)Significant difference was found in SDS and its factor records between intemet addicts and normal students(P<0.05).(4)Significant difference existed in factors E,N,P,L of EPQ between Intemet addicts and normal students(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological and personality characteristics of senior middle school students with lAD are significantly abnormal.
