| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨髓活检和骨髓涂片同步观察在血液病诊断中的意义。方法:对52例血液病患者,采用骨髓抽吸-活检一步法取材,同时观察其骨髓涂片和活检塑料包埋切片。结果:在再生障碍性贫血、骨髓纤维化、骨髓增生异常综合征、骨髓转移癌、多发性骨髓瘤诊断方面,骨髓活检优于涂片;而对于白血病的诊断及FAB分型,骨髓涂片优于活检。结论:骨髓活检和涂片同步观察能有效提高血液病的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of synchronism observation on Both Marrow Biopsy and Marrow Smear in hematological diseases.Methods [WTBZ]The marrow samples of 24 patients with hematological diseases were detected by bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear.Those sections and smears were observed.Results Bone marrow biopsy is more valuable than bone marrow smear in diagnosis of aplastic anemia,myelofibrosis,myelodysplastic syndrome,medulla transfer carcinoma,multiple myeloma;Bone marrow smear is more valuable than bone marrow biopsy in diagnosis of leukemia and FAB classification.Conclusion Synchronism observation on Both Marrow Biopsy and Marrow Smear can increase the diagnosis rate. |
