灰分计算还原力-火试金法测定载金炭中的金量

摘    要:载金炭中金含量不均,粒度较大且不宜细磨,国家标准方法中大体积焙烧样品难度大,给分析测试带来了一定的困难。结合载金炭样品特性,利用载金炭灰分计算样品还原力,建立了铅试金分析载金炭样品中金量的方法。该方法加入标准物质回收率为98.40%~101.67%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.42%,与国家标准方法测定结果一致性良好,达到了分析测试要求。该方法省去了样品培烧的步骤,适用于载金炭中金量的分析。

Abstract:The gold in gold-carrying carbon is in uneven distribution,the particle size is too big to be fit for fine grinding and the roasting of samples according to national standard method is difficult to conduct because of its large-scale,which brings certain difficulty to routine analysis.This paper,based on gold-carrying carbon characteristics,uses the ash content of gold-carrying carbon to calculate the reducing power of the samples and establishes an analysis method of gold content in gold-carrying carbon by lead assaying.The method can obtain a recovery rate of 98.40 %-101.67 % with the addition of national standard substance and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.42 %,which is consistent with national standard method,meeting the requirement of the analysis.The method leaves out the roasting of samples and is suitable for gold analysis in gold-carrying carbon.
