OIP法处理某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液试验研究

摘    要:采用因科法+臭氧氧化法和因科法-臭氧氧化法2种工艺对某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液进行处理试验。通过对p H、氧化剂投加量的考察以及对各污染物指标处理效果分析表明,2种工艺试验效果基本无差别。综合考虑建设投资及运行成本,确定因科法-臭氧氧化法为处理某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液的最佳工艺。最佳试验条件下,总氰化合物和硫氰酸盐去除率均超过99%,总氰化合物质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,COD可稳定低于50 mg/L。

Abstract:In this paper,the treatment of the leaching solution from a gold mine's tailings pond was studied by two methods:INCO+ozone oxidation and INCO-ozone oxidation.Based on the investigation of pH and the oxidant dos-age and the analysis of the treatment effect of each pollutant index,it was concluded that there was basically no differ-ence between the two process tests.Taking into consideration the construction investment and operation costs,the paper decided that INCO-ozone oxidation method be the best to treat the leaching solution from a gold mine's tailings pond. Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of total cyanide and thiocyanate is over 99 %,total cyanide mass con-centration lower than 0.5 mg/L and COD stably below 50 mg/L.
