PBS/PLA胸骨可降解材料组织相容性实验研究

摘    要:目的通过与聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)进行对比,了解聚丁二酸丁二醇类聚酯poly(butyl succinate),PBS]/聚乳酸(PLA)合金材料植入动物体内后组织相容性情况。方法选取60只SPF级SD大鼠,按随机数字表法分为4组:Sham组、PBS/PLA组、PBS组和PLA组,每组15只。每只大鼠背部做1个切口,PBS组植入单纯PBS材料,PBS/PLA组植入PBS/PLA合金材料,PLA组植入PLA材料,Sham组切开皮肤后立即缝合,不做其他处理。植入后1、4、8、12、16周后,实验组切取包裹材料的皮下组织,对照组切取切口处皮下组织。主要观察指标:观察切口大体表现;HE染色后光学显微镜观察组织中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞浸润程度和毛细血管密度;Masson染色观察材料周围纤维包裹程度;TUNEL法光镜观察材料对皮下组织凋亡情况。结果第1、4、8、12、16周结果提示PBS/PLA组与PBS组和PLA组相比,3组材料引起的局部炎性细胞浸润和淋巴细胞相似,组织急慢性炎症反应无明显差异;纤维包裹程度PBS/PLA组介于PBS组和PLA组之间(P<0.05);对于材料引起的局部组织细胞凋亡反...
