射孔压实带研究

摘    要:聚能射孔弹射孔后产生射孔孔道 ,同时形成射孔压实带 ,压实带是射孔损害最重要的组成部分 ,严重影响油井产能。用实验手段对压实带进行了研究 ,实验用靶为标准贝雷砂岩靶 ,在APIRP4 3(第五版 )标准中第四章的标准实验条件下进行负压射孔 ,并进行流动测试。射孔流动实验后对靶体做了核磁共振、扫描电镜、电子探针、粒度分析等实验。结果证实 ,压实带区域颗粒接触紧密 ,孔隙连通性变差 ,小碎屑大量增加 ;由孔道入口到顶端压实带颗粒直径有增大的趋势 ,表明射孔损害程度降低 ;压实带中未发现爆轰残留物 ,杵体的主要成份为铜的氧化物。研究工作不仅进一步认识了压实带 ,并对聚能射孔弹的研制、射孔参数的优化设计提供了指导

Abstract:Some tests are made in the st udy on perforation crashed zone. The targets used in the tests are Berea Sand stones which meet the requirement of API RP43 SEC.4. The tests comprise under b alanced perforation with post shot flow measuring, NMR, Scanning Electron Micro scopy, Electron Probe Microanalysis, Particle Size Analysis etc. The particles a re compacted densely in the crushed zone. The pores become poorly communicated t o each other, the amount of particle debris also increases a lot; the particle s ize in the crushed zone becomes gradually larger from the entrance to the bottom of the tunnel. This indicates that the damage reduces gradually. No explosion r esiduals are found in the crushed zone. The main composition of the slug are oxi des of copper.
