| 摘 要： | 家族企业是一个或数个具有紧密联盟关系的家族掌握相当部分的所有权 ,并直接或间接控制经营权的企业。根据产权的不同层面 ,把家族企业产权结构分为所有权层面的外部产权结构和经营权层面的内部产权结构 ,而这两者最直观的体现就是公司的组织制度。研究家族企业的外部、内部产权结构及其组织制度 ,将有助于从外到内进而综合了解家族企业

| Abstract: | Family businesses exist not only in private enterprises, but also in other types in which there are different forms of family management and family organization.This article will help us understand family businesses through analyzing the inner structure and outer structure of their property rights, explaining their organizational institution and discussing the influence of the family businesses' property rights in their development. |
