| 摘 要： | 分娩潜伏期是产程的重要组成部分，新产程对分娩潜伏期定义做了重大的改变。分娩潜伏期时限扩展目的是尽量减少产程中的干预，降低产时剖宫产率。入院时机与产时剖宫产率有重要相关性，选择入院时机非常重要。

| Abstract: | Abstract:The latent phase of labor is an important part of the birth process，and its definition has had a major change now.The extended duration of the latent phase is to reduce obstetric intervention and to lower the rate of intrapartum cesarean delivery.Admission timing is closely related to intrapartum cesarean section rate，and the timing of admission is very important. |
