摘    要:为了研究脱除钢铁厂高炉煤气中羰基硫(COS)的技术方法,以便降低其燃烧后排放的SO2浓度,达到改善环境空气质量的目的。用玻板吸收管组成反应体系,以NaOH为催化剂,以羰基硫标准气和高炉煤气为对象,研究了在不同碱度、不同温度下羰基硫的水解反应,给出了不同条件下的去除率,证实NaOH可以有效地对羰基硫的水解反应进行催化,在一定范围内其浓度越高,水解反应速度越快,且水解反应速度与反应温度正相关,在NaOH催化下水解反应可以有效地去除钢铁厂高炉煤气中的羰基硫。同时,分析了羰基硫在高炉煤气中存在的特性及其达标排放可行性,为钢铁企业治理高炉煤气中羰基硫提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the technical method of removing carbonyl sulfur (COS) from blast furnace gas of steel plants, so as to reduce the concentration of SO2 emitted after combustion and improve the quality of ambient air. By using the reaction system that composed of glass absorption tubes, taking NaOH as the catalyst, and taking carbonyl sulfide gas and blast furnace gas as the medium, hydrolysis reaction on the carbonyl sulfide was investigated under different alkalinity and temperature. The COS removal efficiency in different situations was obtained. It is proved that NaOH can effectively catalyze the hydrolysis reaction of carbonyl sulfur. In a certain range, the higher the concentration of NaOH is, the faster the hydrolysis rate of carbonyl sulfur is, and the hydrolysis reaction rate is positively related to the reaction temperature. Hydrolysis reaction can effectively remove carbonyl sulfur from blast furnace gas of iron and steel plants under the catalytic reaction conditions of NaOH. In addition, the COS characteristics in blast furnace gas and the feasibility of standard discharge were analyzed, which provided useful references for the remediation of COS in iron and steel industry.
