国外爆珠卷烟研究进展

为深入了解国外爆珠卷烟的研究现状，从发展历史、技术研究、产品设计以及安全性评估等方面进行了综述，并对国内烟草行业爆珠卷烟的未来研究方向进行了展望。结果表明:1）爆珠卷烟早期的专利申请主体以国外个人为主，以降低烟气中的有害成分为主要设计目标；2）爆珠卷烟独特的包装设计以及彰显其风格特色的相应标语或滤嘴爆珠标识促进了爆珠卷烟市场的不断扩大；3）爆珠卷烟能够在触觉、视觉、听觉和味觉等方面给消费者全新的体验，深受消费者尤其是青年群体的青睐；4）在香味成分递送方面，爆珠卷烟优于常规加香型产品，但有效香味成分的转移率有待提升；5）爆珠的添加对消费者日常卷烟抽吸量、生物标志物暴露水平以及环境烟气中粒相物（PM）的形成无明显影响；6）对消费者后吸烟行为的影响、爆珠卷烟相关辅材以及爆珠与其他创新产品的结合研究有待加强。 

Recent advances in capsule filter cigarette overseas

To assess the research progress in capsule filter cigarettes, the history of flavor capsule (or bead) development, related technology, cigarette design, and safety assessment were reviewed based on published literature. The future prospect of flavor bead technology was discussed. Results showed that: 1) The early patents and their layout on both the capsule cigarette or capsule in flter were mainly applied by individuals. The majority of these patents was designed or claimed to reduce harmful components in cigarette smoke. 2) Distinctive packaging designs with corresponding marketing and brand logos on the products and/or flters highlighted the product style and promoted the adoption of the capsule flter cigarettes around the world. 3) Capsule flter cigarettes were mostly favored by modern consumers, especially for younger adult smokers, for their new experiences in such aspects as physical touch, appearance, sound and sensory enhancements. 4) With regards to the delivery of aroma components from the bead, the capsule flter cigarettes were superior to other conventional flavoring methods. However, the transfer rate of aroma ingredients should be improved. 5) The addition of beads had no signifcant effect on cigarette consumption, biomarkers of exposure to consumers, and the formation of PM in environment smoke. 6) The impact of capsule flter cigarettes on smoke initiation was not widely studied. Auxiliary ingredients and materials, and combination technology with other innovative product designs need to be further studied.
