模糊PD控制在伺服系统中的应用

摘    要:为了提高伺服控制系统动态跟随误差的精度,在三环伺服控制系统的基础上提出了一种经典控制和智能控制相结合的方法.利用误差补偿的思想,在位置环上采用按给定输入补偿的复合控制方法进行误差补偿,以提高系统动态跟随精度.采用模糊PD参数自整定控制的思想,在位置环上设计了智能模糊控制器,对前向通道PD调节器的参数进行了优化.仿真结果表明,与PD控制系统相比较,改进系统的动态误差精度得到了提高,明显地增强了系统的动态跟随特性,并使系统具有较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:In order to enhance the precision of servo control systemrs dynamic following error, a method of combining classical control with intelligent control was proposed on the basis of three loops SCS. Taking the idea of error compensation, the method of giving input compensation's classical multiple control used in position loop. Taking the idea of parameters selfcorrecting fuzzy control, intelligent fuzzy controller designed in position loop. Through com- paring with PD control system,this control system improves the dynamic error precision has been improved. It obviously enhances the system's dynamic following character anhas better robust performance.
