热电材料AgSbTe2的高温高压合成

摘    要:采用国产六面顶高压设备,制备了三元系热电材料AgSbTe2。XRD测试表明按化学剂量比混合后高压合成的样品为近单相AgSbTe2,电子能谱面扫描分析表明样品均匀致密。同时样品的电学性质在压力的作用下得到了有效的调制,高压合成样品具有同掺杂相同的效果,即:电导率随合成压力的升高而升高;Seebeck系数随着压力的升高而降低。

Synthesis of AgSbTe2 by high-pressure and high-temperature approach

Abstract:In the paper, ternary thermoelectric materials AgSbTe2 were prepared by highpressure and high-temperature (HPHT) technique. Near single phase AgSbTe2 were obtained by using stoichiometric proportion mixtures which were determined by power Xray diffraction. The measurement of SEM-EDS shows that the sample is homogeneous. The electric property of the sample can be modulated effectively under pressure. The high pressure synthesized sample holds the effectiveness as doping do. The electrical resistivity increases and Seebeck coefficient of AgSbTe2 decreases with an increase of synthetic pressure.
