| 摘 要： | 目的探讨虎驹乙肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎后肝纤维化指标的变化及抗病毒效果。方法将77例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组38例口服虎驹乙肝胶囊,对照组39例口服扶正化瘀胶囊,均治疗6个月,随访1 a。结果 2组患者症状体征改善、肝功能恢复、肝纤维化指标、HBeAg转阴方面比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05),HBV-DNA阴转率比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 2组在治疗慢性乙型肝炎改善症状、体征、肝功能恢复、肝纤维化指标、HBeAg转阴等疗效相似,但治疗组HBV-DNA转阴率及总有效率明显优于对照组。
