摘    要:利用X-荧光光谱仪,选择铁精粉标准样品做参照物,应用经验系数法进行元素间基体效应校正,绘制工作曲线,通过测量样品中待测元素的荧光强度得到对应含量.结果表明,利用X-荧光光谱仪简便快捷,铁精粉的检验周期从原来的4 h缩短为1 h;该方法有良好的精密度和准确度,所得结果与化学分析方法结果一致,能及时指导冶炼生产.

Abstract:The method for determining the content element in powdered iron by XRF is reported.A calibration curve was made of spectral interference correction coefficient.The method is simple and quick,with high precision and good accuracy.The results are comparable to those obtained by wet chemical method,and can guide melting production timely.
