| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾国外关于空中交通管制人员选拔的历史，了解空中交通管制人员选拔现状及不足，提出今后本研究领域的建议。资料来源与选择：国外该领域的研究论文及文献综述。资料引用：引用了国外学术刊物上发表的论文及综述15篇。资料综合：回顾了50年来国外空中交通管制人员选拔的方法和标准，介绍了当前国内外空中交通管制人员心理选拔的现状，指出存在问题并提出今后在此领域开展研究的建议。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the history of psychological selection of air traffic controllers(ATCs), and put forward suggestions on future research in this field. Literature resource and selection Original papers and reviews in this field. Literature quotation Fifteen published papers were cited. Literature synthesis A brief historical overview on ATCs psychological selection, and current selection procedures for enlisted ATC trainees were summarized. The problems and strategy of future research in this area were pointed out. |
