大型公建联合能源区域供冷供热系统工程实例

摘    要:传统空调系统设计强调一次投资的节约而忽视后期运行费用,提出一种适用于大型公建的联合能源区域供冷供热系统,根据建筑冷热负荷波动变化采用不同的供能方式,弥补常规供冷供热方式存在的功能单一、设备闲置率高、低效率运行等缺陷,同时实现经济效益与节能效益。以一栋300 000 m~2的公共建筑为例,与常规空调系统相比,该联合能源区域供冷供热系统投资虽然增长了25.7%,但全年运行费用减少了34.68%,投资回收期为2.3年,全年一次能源消耗量减少了25%。


An Engineering Project of United Energy System for Large Public Buildings
Abstract:The traditional air conditioning system design emphasizes investment saving and ignores the operating cost. An united energy system for large public building was proposed, which can change operation strategy adapting to the load change, to compensate for conventional heating and cooling system in the single function, low efficiency, high rate of idle equipment operation and other defects, while achieving economic benefit and energy saving benefit. Take a 300000 m2 public building as an example, compared with the conventional air conditioning system, the united energy system construction investment increased by 25. 7%, but the annual operating cost reduced by 34. 68%, the payback period is 2. 3 years, and primary energy consumption reduced by 25%.
