山东地区农村住宅被动式设计探讨

随着我国农村经济的发展,农村住宅建设量越来越大,能源消耗也迅速增长,这使得农村的能源和建筑能耗问题越来越受到重视。从被动式理念入手,选取山东省潍坊市某村的一处地块作为设计研究对象,在对其气候、环境、建筑风貌、居民生活以及现状做了调研分析之后确定该农村住宅的设计思路,结合被动式技术进行被动式设计。通过自然通风、夏季遮阳、冬季采暖、保温构造、生物质能利用五个方面的设计分析,使农村住宅能够满足宜居、节能减排的要求。

Passive Design of Rural Residence in Shandong Province

With the development of the rural economy in China, a quantity of rural residences has been constructed, and energy consumption is also increasing rapidly. People begin to take energy consumption of rural residences seriously. Proceeding from the passive concept, this paper chooses an area of a village in Weifang, Shandong Province as the subject of research. The design is based on the investigation and analysis of its climate, environment, architectural style, the life of the residents and the current situation. The paper discusses about design concept combined with passive technology. Through the design of natural ventilation, summer shading, winter heating, thermal insulation structure, and the use of biomass energy, the rural residence will be more comfortable and energy-saving.
