| Abstract: | Stand-alone PV stations have been developing rapidly in recent years. But the experience in design, verification and maintenance was still lacking. Failures often occurred in early stage and most of them were related to battery system. From analyzing the failures occurred in a typical stand-alone PV station in Xinjiang province, we realized that some important criteria/standards needed to be consummated, and the level of design, integration, part manufacturing and maintenance of PV systems also needed to be updated. |
