摘    要:目的:探讨笔者所在医院消化内镜室存在的危险因素,提出持续改进具体措施。方法:抽样监测消化道窥镜清洗结果。结果:消化内镜室的工作经过规范程序化管理,清洗消毒监测合格率达100%。结论:从环境设施、人员培训、清洗消毒等各方面消除危险因素,采取一系列措施,杜绝感染,为患者提供安全、优质的服务。

Abstract:Objective: To approach risk factors and propose specific measures during the process of using gastrointestinal endoscopes. Methods: Sample monitored the results of disinfecting digestive endoscopes. Results: The qualified rate of disinfecting gastrointestinal endoscopes was controlled 100% through implementing standardized management. Conclusion: The purpose controlling risk factors and preventing iatrogenic infection caused by gastrointestinal endoscopes is able to be realized though taking various measures such as environment, staff training, cleaning and disinfection.
