| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨笔者所在医院消化内镜室存在的危险因素,提出持续改进具体措施。方法：抽样监测消化道窥镜清洗结果。结果：消化内镜室的工作经过规范程序化管理,清洗消毒监测合格率达100%。结论：从环境设施、人员培训、清洗消毒等各方面消除危险因素,采取一系列措施,杜绝感染,为患者提供安全、优质的服务。

| Abstract: | Objective： To approach risk factors and propose specific measures during the process of using gastrointestinal endoscopes. Methods： Sample monitored the results of disinfecting digestive endoscopes. Results： The qualified rate of disinfecting gastrointestinal endoscopes was controlled 100% through implementing standardized management. Conclusion： The purpose controlling risk factors and preventing iatrogenic infection caused by gastrointestinal endoscopes is able to be realized though taking various measures such as environment, staff training, cleaning and disinfection. |
