热敏灸治疗胆囊结石的研究

目的研究热敏灸治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法66例均经B超确诊为胆囊结石患者，随机分为治疗组33例，对照组33例。治疗组应用热敏灸与口服头孢氨苄片、消炎利胆片治疗；对照组用口服头孢氨苄片、消炎利胆片治疗。结果治疗组的总疗效及上腹痛止痛显效率与对照组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论热敏灸治疗胆囊结石临床疗效显著，且无不良反应。

The clinical research of Heat - sensitive moxibustion in treatment of cholecystolithiasis

Objective To study the clinical effect of Heat - sensitive moxibustion in treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods 66 patients who were diagnosed with cholecystolithiasis by B -ultrasonic diagnosis were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases） and control group（33 cases）. The treatment group accepted treatment of Heat -sensitive moxibustion, oral cefalexin, and Xiaoyanlidan Pian. The control group accepted treatment of oral cefalexin and Xiaoyanlidan Plan. Results There were significant differences in clinical effects and pain relief between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Heat - sensitive moxibustion is effective in treating cholecystolithiasis with- out side - effect.
