摘    要:目的:优选鹅掌疯醋浸剂提取工艺。方法:以鹅掌疯醋浸剂中苦参碱、大黄素的含量及鹅掌疯醋浸剂浸膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法优选提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺:以65%乙醇溶液为提取溶媒,加液量12倍,加热回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:此工艺有效成分提取效率高,稳定性好,为鹅掌疯醋浸剂提取工艺的优选提供参考数据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize an extracting technology for Ezhangfang Chujinji by orthogonal design.METHODS With emodin and matrine content as the indexes,water,alcohol volume,alcohol concentration and extracting times were screened by L_9(3~4) orthogonal test. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: refluxing and extracting 2 times with 6-fold 65% alcohol,one hour for each time.CONCLUSION The technology is effective for extracting the active components,the results are stable.
