摘    要:Fe78B13Si9非晶合金的低温延-脆转变具有一阶段特征。经1h等温退火,其脆化温度为270℃。采用俄歇电子能谱(AES)及高分辨电子显微镜(HREM)分别研究了合金低温脆化前后的断口及微观结构。AES分析显示,脆化断口上有氧、硫杂质原子的偏聚。HREM观察结果表明,合金淬态结构中存在有尺寸约1~3nm的类Fe2B及Fe3B短程有序区,脆化时长大至3~7nm。

Abstract:One stage low temperature annealing embrittlement has been found in amorphous Fe 78 B 13 Si 9 at about 270℃.The fracture surfaces of the ductile and embrittled specimens have been analysed by AES and their microstructure have been observed by HREM.The results of AES show that the impure elements such as oxygen and sulfur have become segregated during low temperature annealing.Some Fe 2B-like and Fe 3B-like short range orders (SRO) with sizes about 1~3nm have existed in the as-quenched alloy and then slowly grown up to about 3~7nm on annealing to embrittlement temperature as have been confirmed by the HREM observation.It is thus concluded that the low temperature embrittlement of Fe 78 B 13 Si 9 amorphous alloy can be ascribed to the growth of Fe-B-like SRO and the segregation of oxygen and sulfur.
