老年患者医院内感染分析

目的探讨降低老年患者医院内感染途径。方法抽查1994年8月至1999年10月我院老年病科老年患者912例，发生院内感染76例。结果老年患者院内感染率为8.3%，同期住院病人感染率为4.3%，P＜0.05，两者有显著性差异。结论老年患者为院内感染的易感人群之一，降低院内感染采用综合治疗。

The analysis of old patients infected in the hospital

Objective : To inquire into how to reduce the infective way of old patients in the hospital. Method:Checking the old patients who lived in the old man sickroom of out hospital 912 cases from August l994 to October l999.We can find 76 cases happened to be infected in hospital.Result: The rate of the old patients to be infected in the hospital is 8.3 percents however the rate of the same termpatient, is 4.3 percent. The two rates are remarkablydiscrepancy.Conclusion : Old patients are the part of thecrowd who are easy tobe infected in the hospital. To reducethe infection. we should adopt svnthetic treatment.
