摘    要:尼龙66(聚己二酰己二胺,工业简称PA66)生产工艺复杂,是以苯为主要原料,经过一系列的化学反应,最后生成尼龙66。通过对尼龙66连续聚合和间歇式聚合反应的工艺流程、设备、工艺管理及产品进行综合比较,探究工艺生产流程的科学性与实用性,确保安全长周期运转。

Abstract:Nylon 66(polyvinyl two acyl hexamethylenediamine,PA66) production process is very complex,which is with benzene as the main raw material,nylon 66 was produced through a series of chemical reactions.Through comprehensively comparing the process,equipments,process management and product of nylon 66 continuous polymerization reaction,to explore the scientific nature and practicality of production process,and ensure safe and long period running.
