圆筒结构水下爆炸数值实验研究

摘    要:采用大型有限元计算软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对圆筒结构水下爆炸进行数值实验研究,对流场边界的约束进行讨论,并提出人工边界在确定边界约束上的应用。数据实验的计算结果与海军工程大学的圆筒结构水下爆炸的试验数据进行对比分析,得出用在一定范围内ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元计算软件计算水下爆炸是可行的。

Abstract:The response of underwater structure under the pressure of shock wave is a mechanic problem which must be taken into consideration during engineering design of ships to achieve anti_shock design of structures.Numerical experiments on underwater explosion of cylindrical structures were made using ANSYS/LS_DYNA FEM softwarse and different fluid boundaries are discussed.The numerical experimental underwater shock wave pressures are compared with the pressures obtained using empirical formula for underwater explosion,but also the results of simulation are compared with the results of the physical experiment of Marine Engineering University on the response of cylindrical structures during underwater explosion.The comparisons show the calculation of underwater explosion environment by ANSYS/LS_DYNA FEM program is feasible.It is concluded that:(1) the computational precision is influenced by the limited fluid boundary condition,which can not be limitless in ANSYS/LS_DYNA FEM program;(2) Through the way of explosion factor the computational precision can be increased by changing the detonation place for equivalent explosion factor,and the results will be distorted if the explosion center is too close to the structural face.
