| 摘 要： | 目的:比较丁咯地尔(甲氧吡丁苯)两种片剂在家犬体内药代动力学和相对生物利用度?方法:高效液相-紫外检测法?结果:家犬口服后,其体内血药浓度-时间曲线符合一室开放模型,其主要药代动力学参数分别为:cmax(16.24±4.96)mg·L-1L和(15.91±5.94)mg·L-1;tmax(0.84±0.45)h和(0.82±0.49)h;AUC(99.13±23.22)mg·h·L-1和(97.94±25.63)mg·h·L-1?结论:国产甲氧吡丁苯片剂对进口甲氧吡丁苯片剂相对生物利用度为98.57%,可以认为国产片与进口片生物等效?

| Abstract: | BJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability between domestic and imported Buflomedil tablets in dogs. METHOD: Buflomedil in plasma was determined by HPLCultraviollet method. RESULTS: It was found that the characteristics of the plasma Buflomedil concentrationtime curve fited to onecompartment model after a single oral dose of 80mgkg-1.The pharmacokinetic parameters of the two kinds of tablets were as follows:cmax16.244.96mgL-1;(15.915.94)mgL-1,tmax(0.840.45)h;(0.820.49)h,AUC(99.1323.22)mghL-1;(97.9425.63)mghL-1. CONCLUSION:BZThe relative bioava ailability of the domestic tablets was 98.57% compared with the imported ones.It showed that the two formn lations were bioequivalent. |
